An additional $100 Annual Leasing Support Charge is waived upon move in but would be due upon each lease renewal thereafter.

Applicant has the right to provide All Seasons, LLC CRMC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides All Seasons, LLC CRMC with a PTSR, All Seasons, LLC CRMC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for All Seasons, LLC CRMC to access or use the PTSR.

While All Seasons, LLC CRMC does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in no application fee being required (or possibly an application fee refund), we do still require that all applicants complete our application. Additionally, you will be deemed qualified (or not) based on the screening information/data provided on our independently pulled report, not based on information/data on your portable report.
